Stephanie + Ryan: The Trailer
Stephanie and Ryan had one of the most intimate weddings I’ve ever had the pleasure of filming. From the moment I first met Stephanie I could tell how important her family is to her and that became very evident on her wedding day. This was a wedding filled with their closest friends and family who came to celebrate with them as they begin their new lives together. When I heard they were doing a classic car photo shoot, I knew this one was going to be different. Varney Photography was there to make sure not a moment was lost and were a pleasure to work with. The details were incredible, down to the guests favors. Check out that bouquet! I’m not sure I’ve seen one more beautiful! This was an amazing Fall wedding and I’m honored to have documented it. I hope you enjoy their trailer!

Nicole + Britt: A Verdin Bell Trailer
Nicole and Britt were married on a beautiful September evening at the Bell Event Center and my good friends Kortnee & Ted of Simply Timeless Photography were along for the ride, and what a ride it was! Before the Ceremony, we had a SUPER SWEET photo shoot. The photo shoots are my favorite part of the day, its where I get to exercise my creativity and the sky’s the limit as far as what we can do. Walk on the suspension bridge during rush hour, done. Hang the dress in a tree on fountain square, done. The images that are created are like nothing you’d typically see in a wedding video. We’re creating art and preserving memories at the same time, its amazing. Britt and Nicole and the entire wedding party were a blast to work with and really helped breathe life into their trailer, I hope you enjoy!

Anna + Kevin: The Trailer
What an incredibly beautiful day for a wedding this turned out to be, everything just fell into place and it couldn’t have gone any better. From the preparations at the salon to the ceremony and on to the reception, everything was absolutely stunning. Anna and Kevin were so much fun to work with, I really enjoyed getting to know them and their families. Tine Hoffman of TM Photography was there to document the day as only she can and had some really great ideas that came to life on the golf course right before the reception. This was an amazing evening filled with friends and family and tradition, including the moment when Anna’s mom handed her bouquet to her. Congratulations Anna and Kevin, please enjoy your trailer.

Christy + Nate: The Trailer
What an incredibly beautiful day! Christy and Nate were absolutely AMAZING to work with and it didn’t hurt that we had the Cincinnati Art Museum as a backdrop! I love this place, its actually where I took Reagan for our first date!
Their ceremony in the grand hall, officiated by the remarkable Stephen Hoffman, was so intimate and you can just feel the love they have for each other. I had the great pleasure of working with Brenda and from Pottinger Photography who captured some stunning photos, you can check out some teasers in her blog. We actual went to Eden Park after the ceremony to take some photos with Christy and Nate and their bridal party as they transformed the grand hall into their reception room. The reception was just as beautiful as their ceremony. Steve Bender Productions kept the dance floor going which gave me some great footage. This whole incredible day was wonderfully planned and executed by Kerry Leedy of KL Wedding Designs!
The whole day, from the preparations at the Westin, to the compelling ceremony, to the party at the reception, was just fantastic! Christy and Nate, I really loved working with you. I hope you enjoy your trailer and share it with all your friends and family.

Heather + Anthony :: The Trailer
Shopping carts, couches, scaffolding, go carts, they all belong in a wedding trailer, right? You know this isn’t going to be your typical walk in the park photo shoot if Kortnee Miller of Simply Timeless Photography is involved in any way and it turned out to be anything but typical. I wanted to try a different approach to this one and focus on the fun of the day rather than the events of the day. It was an incredibly hot and humid summer day in Cincinnati, but that didn’t phase Anthony and Heather at all. They were up for absolutely anything we threw at them and we all had a blast together. Many times throughout the day, I would say to myself, “is this really happening’? Seriously, I couldn’t believe we actually had the groom surfing in a shopping cart or racing go carts with the entire bridal party. Good, good times that day, enjoy the trailer!

Caroline & Bradd: The Trailer
Wow! What a beautiful day this turned out to be. The sun was shining, the spirits were high as Caroline and her bridesmaids were getting ready at Mitchell’s in Mason, but of course this Cincinnati weather can change so quickly, and it did. Just as Caroline was starting her photos at Sharon Woods, the rain came down, hard and fast. We all ran for the picnic shelter and tried to wait it out. It became obvious that it wasn’t going to pass soon enough so the quick thinking Robert Ramundo with Michael Bambino organized an impromptu photo shoot right there in the shelter. As crazy as it was, it worked out incredibly well. And of course as fate would have it, the rain stopped when we were finished taking pictures. Onto the ceremony and then the Reception at the Savannah Center where Greg Lee was entertaining all the guests with his incredibly talented band. He even learned “This year’s love” for them as their first dance song, which Caroline later told me she first heard in a Highlight she saw on my site a year ago! Anyway, the evening couldn’t have been better and I wanted to share their trailer with you. I hope you enjoy!

Amanda + Dan: The Trailer
This was certainly a wedding that everyone will be talking about years from now! Dan and Amanda were without a doubt one of the greatest couples I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I remember interviewing Dan for the Same Day Edit and I could barely hold it together. Seriously Dan, have you ever thought of doing stand up? Amanda comes in to do her part and gives the most heart warming story of their engagement and love for each other, there wasn’t a dry eye in the place when it was shown during dinner. Music Hall was incredibly beautiful that night. Everything about this wedding was done exceptionally well from the flowers and decor Courtenay Lambert designed to the cake that was four feet tall. Yes, I said FOUR FEET TALL, but hey when your last name is Busken, are you going to settle for anything less? Johnny Clueless was there to keep the place going all night long and did a GREAT job of that! Brad from Photosmith was there to capture the day’s events in elegant ways! The whole event was meticulously planned and wonderfully executed by Julie of i-do Weddings & Events. Please enjoy their trailer!

Jenny + Casey: The Trailer
The planets certainly aligned on this one! Jenny and Casey were INCREDIBLE to work with, very fun, very laid back and very much in love. Drees Pavilion was the setting on the beautiful first day of June. The weather was extraordinary and so was the wedding thanks to the incredible Dora Manuel with Viva Bella Events! The bridesmaids were so much fun to work with and gave me some really great footage at the reception where everyone’s favorite amphibian DJ Toad was at the helm making sure everyone was having a GREAT time! Jenny, the bridesmaids and the moms wore an incredible glow thanks to Kelly with Cinci Makeup! Rachel Waring of Living Photography was also there to capture the moments frame by frame! And the guests were all invited to this wonderful event thanks to the beautiful artistry of Amy Owens of Amo Ink. Please enjoy their trailer!

Joanna + Mitch: Wedding Trailer
I was really looking forward to their wedding since we initially met and even more so since working with them to produce their Save the Date trailer. They were always so much fun to be around, especially when Mitch would crack a joke and Joanna would roll her eyes and ask him to be serious for ‘five minutes’. The wedding day was no different! Joanna was radiating a glow that only a bride can on her wedding day during the preparations at her parents home. Her entire family was so nice and made me feel at home the entire day. Heidi McKenna was there bright and early to make sure everyone looked beautiful and that the inner radiance showed on the surface! Rachel from Rocket Tree was my photographic counterpart and this was actually our first time working together and I truly hope it will not be our last! Joanna looked incredible that day as she walked down the isle to her smiling groom. As they read their personal vows they had written to each other, I’m sure there wasn’t a dry eye from anyone who was able to hear the words that were being shared. It truly was a beautiful day where two beautiful people began their lives together. Please enjoy their trailer!

This was a night I’ll remember for a very long time! I remember meeting Tracy and her mom, Paulette for the initial consultation and thinking ‘this is going to be a great wedding’, I certainly wasn’t wrong by any stretch of the imagination! Tracy had called me about three weeks or so before the wedding to ask if we still had time to do the Same Day Edit, she wanted to do it as a surprise to her mom, who had absolutely loved the idea. We had plenty of time and as I’m filming the interview segments, I’m completely blown away by the sound bytes they are unknowingly giving me and I’m already starting to edit the piece in my head. The greatest thing is, Paulette called me the very next day asking me to talk Tracy into doing the Same Day Edit, but I couldn’t tell her that we had already done it, so I told her there just wasn’t enough time to make it happen but I would gladly produce a photo montage for them, (this would explain the screen at the reception and Paulette wouldn’t get suspicious). The master plan went off without a hitch! Mom, dad, and all the guests were able to watch with laughter and tears of joy as Max and Tracy explained how they met, fell in love and ultimately got married, then were surprised by video of the preparations and the Ceremony itself!!! It truly was one of those magical moments that will forever be etched in time. Tine Hoffman was there to capture every moment in style and the whole event was flawless thanks to Kristen Kloth of Tres Chic Event Planning!
Enjoy the trailer for their wedding film!
Here is a shortened version of the Same Day Edit. The entire video was about ten minutes long, this sample is about five. Enjoy!
